Non-Smoking Community: Smoking, in any form, anywhere inside any of the dwelling units, garages, breezeways or inside any buildings within the apartment community is strictly prohibited. Smoking is only permitted on patios and balconies.
Pet Policy: $600 refundable pet deposit, $15 monthly pet rent. Two pet max per apartment. Snakes prohibited. We do not allow the following type of dog on our property: Chow, Pit Bull, Doberman, Mastiff, Keeshond, Dalmatian, Akita, American Bulldog, Airedale, Rottweiler, Alaskan Husky, Stafford Terrier, Siberian Husky, Malamute, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Mastiff, or English Sheepdog. We will conduct a pet interview if it is a mixed-breed dog. We reserve the right to refuse any dog that we deem inappropriate for apartment living. Dogs must be on a leash at all times. We love your pets, but not their waste that isn’t disposed of properly. DNA testing is required on resident’s dogs and any visiting guest dogs, and DNA swabs are $85 per dog. Any DNA matches to waste not properly disposed of will be fined.
PETSCREENING IS A REQUIRED PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR ALL APPLICANTS. A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require EVERYONE to complete a profile (No Pet/Pet/Animal). This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgements and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability.
